We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards and PayPal.
Your credit card information is 100% secure. All information included with your order is encrypted for privacy while in transit.

Undeliverable & Lost Packages

Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email confirmation with your tracking number.  If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error on your part, (such as an incorrect address, missing apartment number, nobody available to receive the package, etc.) we may attempt to reach you once the package has been returned. Undeliverable or refused packages that are returned to us still sealed with the original shipping tape, with the contents intact and in resalable condition will be refunded (excluding shipping fees). 

To process your defective exchange promptly, all returns must be pre-approved. Please call, chat, or email our Customer Service Center for your Return Authorization. Before you send your product back, we’ll help you troubleshoot your toy to see if we can get it working.

Do i have to pay tax on orders i buy at bedtimejoys.com

  1. Maybe. It depends on what country you are receiving the goods in. Tax is a complex issue, because it depends what country you are receiving the goods into. Some countries are easy to import into, and have few restrictions and no taxes. Other countries are ultra restrictive and have high taxes. Before you start importing bigger quantities of products to your country, you’ll need to research what the law and practices are in your country. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be responsible or liable if you break any such law.

Please read the following notes for some basic background

1.1 IMPORT DUTY AND SALES TAX CHARGED BY YOUR COUNTRY:

Some countries charge tax on certain imported products, at certain quantity/value levels. You are responsible for finding out the situation in your own country.

Whatever you order from bedtimejoys.com, we will send you. We won’t enforce any rules so it’s up to you to make sure that what you are buying is OK to import in your country.
Many countries charge two kinds of tax when you import anything from overseas. These are (1) Sales Tax (VAT); (2) Import Duty. Usually these taxes are not very high,and the tax is calculated according to the value of the goods (+ shipping sometimes). On the other hand, many countries may not charge any tax on certain types of goods, or on small shipments.

1.2 PACKET CONTENTS AFFECT TAX:

The category of goods you are importing often has an effect on whether you have to pay tax, or how much.
Obviously, certain categories of dangerous or restricted goods are illegal to import in most countries.Other, specific restrictions on certain items may apply in your country as well – please research that information for your local country.
In accordance with customs regulations, please note that bedtimejoys.com cannot list purchased items as a gift or indicate an amount lower than the actual product price.

How to change Your account information

You can change your account information at any time. Log on with your user name and password and click the My Account link located at the top of every page. Each section displayed on your account page has an edit link that allows you to change the information contained within that section.

Adding items to Your cart

To add an item to your shopping cart, click the Add to Cart link found on each product page.

Adjusting quantity

To adjust the quantity of any item in your cart, type the number you want to order in the Quantity box.

How to remove items from my Cart

To remove an item from your shopping cart, check the Remove box.

Ratings

You are welcome to rate any item in our store that you feel strongly about, even if it’s not an item you purchased from us. Look for the “Rate It” box on the item’s product pages, and select one of the following ratings:

1 star: I hate it

2 stars: I don’t like it

3 stars: It’s OK

4 stars: I like it

5 stars: I love it

Your personal ratings are private. Ratings are aggregated per item and we only display the average customer ratings. You can change your ratings at any time. Ratings for movies are valid for all media types. Our recommendations to you will change when you rate new items.

Reviewer guidelines

The most important guideline is: Write about what you liked (or didn’t like) and why. Other users care about your opinion. Your review can be up to 1000 words in length. It’s best to focus most of your comments on the product you’re reviewing, but selectively comparing it to related items is sometimes helpful, too. Finally, even though you’re reviewing adult material, try not to use offensive language in your review.

Review posting

All user reviews are evaluated by our editorial staff. We reserve the right to publish submitted reviews in full, in part or not at all. Please allow approximately five business days for approved reviews to be posted on the site.
Once approved, reviews will be displayed on the product description page for the product that you reviewed. Reviews may also be made available to visitors and customers in other forms.

We reserve the right to edit reviews for appropriateness and accuracy. The posting of reviews on our site is done without any promise of present or future acknowledgement or compensation. All posted reviews become our nonexclusive property, with limited republishing rights retained by the author. By submitting a review, you are granting us a license to use, reproduce, revise or display such postings.

Do I need to register to shop online

No not at all. It’s not necessary to register to order online. During the checkout process you’ll be asked whether or not you’d like to create an account, and you can choose not to if you wish. However, we would recommend creating an account as this will allow you to easily checkout when placing future, create wishlists and locate your tracking number.

How do I register

Click “Login” at the top of our website, and you will see a registration interface, then click the “REGISTER” button to fill in your information.

  1. Check your login details. Your login username is the email address you used for registration.
    It might be a problem caused by bedtimejoys.com system maintenance, if so, please wait 30 minutes and try again.
  2. Please make sure that your web browser accepts cookies.
    If you have forgotten your password, try to use “Forgot your password?” on “Sign in” page.
  3. Fill in the information regarding your register and submit and the “Reset your password” email will be sent to your email address.
  4. If you are still not able to access your account, you can contact our Customer Serviceand indicate the problem. We will assign you a new password, and you can change it once you log in.

I forgot my password

If you forgot your password, just click the “Forgot your password?” linked on “Sign in” Page and fill in your email address. We will send you an automated email with information on how to reset your password.

How can I protect my privacy

You should hide any personal information such as your birthday, password, ID card NO..

Do you restock items that are sold out

Unfortunately, we do not restock all of our items yet.

Can I cancel/change the order I just paid

It is only possible to change your order status before if the order is processed. We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our Customer Service (within the hour) with your change/cancellation request details included.

How long will you keep my waiting for payment orders

Orders “Waiting for Payment” will automatically expire after 2 months. So please pay it as soon as possible while prices are still low.

How long do you keep items in my shopping bag

It can be kept up to one month. For customers who are not logged in, browser cookies may affect this.

How long do you keep items in My Favorites

There is no limit; the items can only be deleted by you.

How do I know you have received my order

You’ll receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided along with your order. If you have placed an order and not received this email, first please check your spam folders and then if you still have not received the email please email us at: [email protected]

What payment methods can I use online

We offer various methods of secure payments including: All major credit cards, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Maestro, American Express, PayPal and Pay with Amazon.

How secure is my transaction

We take the safety of your credit card information extremely ‘Seriously’. Shopping at Bedtimejoys.com is completely safe and secure. We use internationally recognised technical systems to make sure the details you give us when ordering are held with the banks and not on our servers. We’re committed to respecting your privacy and we promise never to release your personal details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes.

Will I be charged customs and import charges

All customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches it’s destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

What happens to delivery times on Weekends and Bank Holidays

Unfortunately Royal Mail do not deliver on Bank Holidays or Sundays so please take this into account when ordering around the time of a bank holiday or weekend as it will affect the estimated arrival time of your parcel by one day.

My order has not arrived yet

We doubt your parcel will be late but if the reare occasions your parcel has not arrived, please contact us at: [email protected] and we will investigate. To help us process this as quickly as possible, please make sure you provide your order number within the subject of your email. Please note we will be unable to class your parcel as missing until after these timescales (Roy Mail), due to the possibility of it being held up in local postal delays.

Do you ship the item to my country and what the shipping rates are

We ship worldwide.

How long will I receive items after I place an order

Please note the total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.)
The product price does not include shipping cost.

How do I change the shipping method

Once you have placed an order, the shipping method is not supposed to be changed anymore. However, you can contact our Customer Service as soon as possible, if the order is still in early processing stage, you may able to change the shipping method by making up the price difference, etc.

How do I know if my items have been shipped or not

When items are shipped out, we will send notification to your registered email address. The tracking number might not be available until a few days after dispatch, we will update the tracking information once it is available.

How to track my purchase

Once you get the tracking number, you may check the item delivery status online by accessing the website of the related delivery company.

Why is my tracking number invalid

The tracking information normally appears after 2-3 working days. If a tracking number is not searchable after this period of time, there are several possible causes:
The shipping company has not yet updated the most recent delivery information on their website; the tracking code is wrong; the parcel has been delivered a long time ago and the shipping company has removed it from the the tracking code history.
We suggest you can contact our Customer Service in those situations and we will provide you with your tracking number. We will contact the delivery company on your behalf and you will be informed once there is further information.

What happens if I am not in when you try and deliver

Typically you will be left a card with instructions on arranging a redelivery of your order.

Do you refund the delivery charge

The postage costs are not refundable and the buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the order items.

How do I return a faulty product

If in the rare occurance your item is faulty we will resolve the problem quickly for you. If you are returning a faulty product that you have bought online please contact us so we can arrange a replacement and provide instruction for return.

My order is incorrect

Again, if in the rare occurance your order is incorrect we will resolve the problem quickly for you. If you are returning an incorrect product that we have sent you, please contact us so we can arrange the correct order to be sent to you and provide instruction for the return of the unwated item(s).

I've been refunded for my items but not the delivery charge

The postage costs are not refundable and the buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the order items.
