TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

SHIPPING TO MILITARY ADDRESSES

• All U.S. military personnel are considered to reside in the United States, regardless of where they are stationed, for shipping purposes. Because of this standard, there are certain special guidelines you must follow to deliver an order to a military address.
• Address the package like normal with the recipient’s name and other information.
• Instead of city, select either APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office).
• Instead of state, select AA (Armed Forces Americas), AE (Armed Forces Europe & Middle East), or AP (Armed Forces Pacific).
• Enter the zip code provided by the military.
• For Country, select United States regardless of where the recipient is stationed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

WILL YOU SEND ME A TRACKING NUMBER?
